Avenel Residence 6 photos

This is a large home on a tiny lot and the front entrance was unattractive and hard to locate. A new front porch with wide steps highlights the front door. A generous walkway of PA flagstone installed on the diagonal visually widens the entry and upright flagstone retains the soil of the plant bed.

New Front Entry

Seen in early morning light, the new step treads are wide and welcoming. The Crape Myrtle provides an overhead canopy.

Renovated Pool Area

New wide steps down from the deck invite one to take a dip. The railing around the deck was duplicated around the pool and better screening panels were created to screen the pool equipment. Planters filled with Boston Ivy will cover the large blank expanse of wall.
